1. Nature of products
Starbuz Store primarily sells digital products and services — including software lifetime deals, automation tools, online courses, marketing services, agency services, design assets, and digital toolkits. No physical shipping is involved for these items.
2. Delivery method & timeline
- Digital downloads & license keys: Delivered instantly to your registered email after successful payment. Please also check your Spam / Promotions folder.
- Online courses & toolkits: Access credentials are sent within 15 minutes of successful payment.
- Agency / done-for-you services: Our team will reach out within 24 working hours on your registered email to schedule the onboarding call. Project delivery timelines are shared per scope.
- Lifetime deals (third-party tools): Activation links are issued within 24–48 hours after the partner platform confirms the redemption code.
3. Shipping charges
Since all products are delivered digitally, no shipping or handling fee is charged.
4. Order tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout containing your invoice and access details. For service-based orders, a project tracker / shared workspace link is shared during onboarding.
5. Delivery failures
If you do not receive your digital delivery within the timelines above, please write to connect@starbuzzdigimark.com from your order email with your order ID. Our team will resolve it within 24 working hours.
6. International orders
Digital products are delivered worldwide. Customers are responsible for any local taxes or duties applicable in their jurisdiction.
