Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at Starbuz Store. We appreciate that you choose to buy the products and services we build and curate. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while exploring, evaluating, and purchasing from us.
As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Starbuz Store. By placing an order or making a purchase at Starbuz Store, you agree to the terms set forth below along with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
All products sold on Starbuz Store are digital goods, software licenses, online courses, lifetime deals, or service-based offerings. Because access is provisioned instantly or within the timelines listed on each product page, the following terms apply.
Refunds
We commit to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product is reviewed and tested before being listed. We do this to ensure that you get value out of every purchase.
Sadly, there are times when an external software vendor may face availability issues, or we may face issues with provisioning a license. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated in advance, and if you have paid online, you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.
We follow these policies to ensure transparency, efficiency, and quality customer care:
- We DO NOT allow returns on sold digital products, licenses, or service deliverables once access has been provisioned.
- We DO NOT accept returned goods, as digital assets cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.
- Refunds are NOT given for any purchase made once the product key, account credentials, course access, or service onboarding has been delivered.
- We DO NOT encourage exchanges of our products.
- We DO NOT engage in reselling used accounts and discourage the same.
When a Refund May Be Issued
- If we are unable to deliver the product or provision access within the timeline stated on the product page.
- If you cancel the order in writing (via email to connect@starbuzzdigimark.com) before we process and provision your order. Orders generally take a few hours to 48 hours to process depending on the product.
- If you are charged twice for the same order due to a payment-gateway error.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay within 7–10 business days.
For International Orders
- We DO NOT support exchanges or returns.
- If you cancel the order before we provision access, a refund can be processed.
- Orders already provisioned cannot be returned, cancelled, or refunded.
- If you face any issues, please contact our support team immediately.
